We are looking for a Maths Teacher in a school which offers outstanding opportunities for professional development. The successful candidate will have:

A good degree and Qualified Teacher Status
Ability to teach Maths to at least KS5
Knowledge of the requirements of the National Curriculum
An understanding of recent curriculum / learning developments
An understanding of the strategies required to motivate and enthuse all students across the ability range as part of a whole school approach to raising achievement
An understanding of the processes and techniques required to assess, record and report students’ learning effectively
Ability to be reflective and driven towards self-improvement
A commitment to the ethos of the school

William Perkin CE High School

William Perkin Church of England High School is a highly successful and heavily oversubscribed school which achieves exceptional outcomes for its students. It opened as a Free School in September 2013 and its progress measures at GCSE have consistently placed it in the top 1% of schools nationally and it has a flourishing sixth form with a particular specialism in STEM subjects. William Perkin works closely with The Royal Society and the Institute for Research in Schools (IRIS) to ensure our success as a centre of excellence for Science. It serves the local community in North Greenford but benefits from being part of the Twyford CE Academies Trust which is the top-performing MAT in the UK. Twyford CE Academies Trust

The Twyford Church of England Academies Trust (TCEAT) is a compact Church of England multi-academy Trust which comprises four schools in the London Borough of Ealing. The Trust was established in October 2011 to enable an existing School, Twyford CE High School, to build on its successes and look outward to the large number of parents who were eager to become part of its community.
