Salary: Grade 5, points 12 – 15, 4 days (28hours) a week (days to be decided) (Term time only £22,993 – £24,015) pa – this is the pro-rated salary)

We are looking for a Receptionist/CIAG & Sixth Form Administrator to be the first point of contact at our reception, to have responsibility for the administration of the Careers, Information, Advice and Guidance (CIAG) Programme and to have shared general administrative responsibilities (including reprographics and welfare) as part of our friendly administrative team.
The role is varied and busy, and the ability to work professionally under pressure to meet deadlines and operate flexibly within the changing needs of the school is essential. School experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided however the new post-holder will be able to demonstrate successful work experience in a fast-paced office environment. Excellent communication skills are essential as is enthusiasm, commitment and a willingness to play an active role in the life of the school. The new post-holder will be an experienced MS Office user – including Excel.
The working week is 28 hours - core hours are from 9.45am – 5.15pm with a half-hour lunch break, or as agreed with the Administration Manager.
